What the charge covers

The APC supports the editorial and production work required to prepare an accepted manuscript for open-access publication, including typesetting, proofreading and online publication.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Editorial assessment and peer review are independent of payment arrangements.

Payment after acceptance

The APC is payable only after formal acceptance. Payment instructions and the applicable due date are provided in the official notification and invoice.

Before paying, check the manuscript reference, billing details, currency and amount. Contact the editorial office if anything needs clarification.

Refund policy

The APC is normally non-refundable once paid, as payment enables article production to proceed. A later withdrawal, retraction or request for corrections does not by itself entitle the payer to a refund.

A full refund is available for a duplicate payment for the same manuscript, or if the article is not published for reasons attributable to the journal. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

To request a refund, email submissions@quantuminfocomputation.com with the manuscript reference, payment reference and reason for the request. Do not send card details by email.

These terms do not limit any statutory rights that apply to the payer.
